ChannelE2E is reporting that Broadcom’s VP of global partners and global commercial sales, Cindy Loyd, will be shifting to a new position within the company. As a result, the news outlet confirmed that Broadcom will be naming a new channel chief in 2025.
In a statement to ChannelE2E, Broadcom noted that: “Cindy Loyd remains at Broadcom and is transitioning into a new role within the company. We will publicly announce our new channel chief in the new year.”
Loyd has been with Broadcom for six years, taking over as VMware partners VP of global partners and global commercial sales in Nov. 2023. Prior to this, she worked with CA Technologies between 1991 and its 2018 acquisition by Broadcom.
ChannelE2E noted that Loyd oversaw a number of changes in the VMware channel.
