Master agency Converged Network Services Group (CNSG) has added two additional members to the corporate team: Shaquille Fontenot as marketing coordinator and Reagan Roberts as channel manager.
Fontenot will direct all marketing efforts and collaboration initiatives between CNSG’s portfolio of suppliers and the national base of partners. In addition, Fontenot will direct CNSG’s social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Previously, she held marketing directorships at Clemson University, acted as user interface designer for several consulting firms, and most recently developed curriculum for a charter school network.

Roberts meanwhile will establish and maintain relationships with key partners and their teams. Roberts will also lead solution development efforts that address end-user needs, while providing comprehensive sales support, quotes and enhanced onboarding. She joins CNSG with almost a decade of technology and telecommunications experience.
