Master agency Converged Network Services Group (CNSG) has passed $1 million in monthly billing with Windstream, earning exclusive partner status.
Since partnering with Windstream in late 2013, CNSG has increased sales of Windstream solutions by nearly 50 percent year-over-year.
In addition to exclusive partner status, CNSG belongs to Windstream’s National Partner Program, which allows CNSG to provide partners with an additional layer of support through a dedicated National team. The National Partner team acts as a single point of contact for assistance with escalations, order status, account management for accounts billing less than $5,000, enhanced reporting, commission support and a two-hour response Service Level Agreement (SLA) during business hours.
