Broadband, datacenter and cloud services communications provider COMLINK has adopted Salestream Software’s MasterStream-UNITY sales automation system to better support its channel partners. COMLINK will be using Masterstream to automate the quote-to-order process, including order document automation and pre-sales contact management, for channel managers, agents and sub-agents.

Along with COMLINK’s on-net services, the Masterstream system will also provide access to instant quotes from national carriers in order to generate off-net instant quote pricing.
