ConnectWise, a software company dedicated to promoting MSP success, entered into an agreement to purchase data protection / disaster recovery solutions provider Axcient, in addition to acquiring cloud backup and management software company SkyKick.
These transactions are expected to enhance ConnectWise’s cybersecurity and data protection offerings, reinforcing the critical role of data protection as the last line of defense against cyber threats such as ransomware and phishing.
