CounterPath Corporation has signed a reseller agreement with a network equipment provider, which will distribute CounterPath’s desktop and mobile over-the-top (OTT) communications solutions to enterprises in numerous verticals including financial services, healthcare, government, industrial and education.
According to Gartner, total spending on unified communications-ready infrastructure will grow to $17 billion in 2016, as businesses and enterprises roll out next-generation IP communication solutions to increase employee productivity and reduce costs.
CounterPath’s Bria clients and Stretto Platform provide unified voice, video, presence and messaging services across any device, network and platform. They can be deployed as a secure overlay to underlying IT infrastructure, or within existing mobile device management (MDM) environments.
