Managed network and technology solutions provider BCN expanded its IP voice platform capacity with Crexendo. This integration reflects continued growth for BCN’s Cloud Voice portfolio, and deepens a strategic partnership that began in 2020. The capacity expansion also follows a similar 2024 investment, and reflects sustained demand for BCN’s IP-enabled voice services, including UCaaS, call center, SIP trunking and POTS replacement.
BCN’s Cloud Voice is built on Crexendo’s NetSapiens platform technology, and allows businesses to transition from legacy TDM voice infrastructure. The new operating capacity is expected to support BCN’s nationwide technology advisor community, meeting multi-location business customer need.
