Critical Start Appoints Chief Customer Officer

MDR cybersecurity solutions and managed cyber-risk reduction provider Critical Start appointed Stuti Bhargava as chief customer officer (CCO). Bhargava brings over 20 years of experience in building and leading customer success teams within the technology industry.

In her role, Bhargava will be responsible for fostering strong, strategic relationships with Critical Start clients, meeting their evolving needs with tailored, innovative solutions. By leveraging data-driven insight and leading a customer-centric team, Bhargava is expected to enhance CX, align company offerings with evolving strategies and elevate service standards.

Bhargava formerly served as chief customer experience officer with OneSpan, a public cybersecurity company, where she led comprehensive customer journey strategies. She also built customer success teams at BitSight, ImmersiveLabs and Actifio, where she brought experience in guiding early-stage cybersecurity startups, and tech and public sector companies, through growth.
