Sales training, AI product certification and cybersecurity stand out as primary themes of the educational slate at CVxEXPO26 this November, in Phoenix, Ariz. That’s in addition to a unique new keynote panel series and the first-ever live episode of popular interview podcast “The Top Gun Show.”
CVxEXPO once again delivers on its promise to serve up highly curated, high-value, pitch-free educational content filled with real-world advice. That includes the return of a two-day schedule of keynotes and concurrent breakout sessions presented by the brightest minds in the channel along with the addition of a brand-new program of AI product certification classes.
There is no doubt, SMBs need AI advisors, and there are few better ways to exhibit competency and instill confidence with prospects than certified training. That’s why, at the upcoming CVxEXPO26, AI solutions marketplace Palomarr will be hosting its AI Academy series of certification courses. Each of the 1.5-hour training sessions will focus on a specific technology or solution across AI CX and AI cybersecurity. Classes will be led by dedicated, expert instructors and conclude with online testing for certification.
“It’s a classroom, but it will be a bit hands-on, as well. These are interactive sessions,” explained Aarde Cosseboom, founder of Palomarr. “so I wouldn’t anticipate people just sitting in the back of the room on their phones answering emails.”
CVxEXPO26 also puts a unique spin on traditional keynote speeches with its Keynote Panel Series. Providing intelligence and insight from up and down the channel sales chain, the series starts with the Buying Circle Keynote Panel of SMB decision-makers who will discuss their technology challenges, desired outcomes, and what gets tech advisors through the door. Next our Technology Advisor Keynote Panel of channel sales veterans will unveil where the opportunities are for channel partners on Main Street today. The series concludes with round 2 of our TSD All-Star Keynote Panel, which will examine how the role of the technology advisor is transforming and what TSDs are doing to facilitate those transformations.
CVxEXPO also is excited to announce that the main stage of CVxEXPO26 will host a live, on-site episode of “The Top Gun Show,” the premier LinkedIn and YouTube video interview podcast hosted by the Steve Farmiloe.
“The Top Gun Show” is dedicated to helping executives make informed decisions through thought-provoking and entertaining conversations with the most engaging executives in the channel. Steve’s special guest on the first-ever live episode of “The Top Gun Show” will be AI agent strategic evangelist and author James Tenant, who currently serves as Global Channel Chief for Quiq.com. James and Steve will be discussing the AI opportunity for partners, where the money is, and AI’s true impact in the contact center.
