Datto, which provides intelligent business continuity (IBC) and backup and disaster recovery solutions via channel partners, has integrated its software with Servoyant, a remote monitoring and management software for managed service providers (MSP), vendors and the IT community.
The integration will allow Datto Partners to manage their devices inside the Servoyant software with a two-step process. It will also help partners gain visibility into their local and off-site backup statuses directly from the Servoyant console.
Additional features include complete reporting capabilities such as Datto-specific reports and aggregate status of all devices and backups all from one dashboard.
“The strategy was to integrate with a leading provider of technology solutions focused on the MSP market and given Datto’s significant and growing footprint within the MSP user base as a whole, this was a natural fit,” said Enrique Krajmalnik, Servoyant CEO and president. “Our common customers, nearly 50% of the Servoyant base, are super excited about the integration we have attained with Datto and the efficiencies they will gain.”
“With Servoyant bringing the integration of Datto devices to their RMM platform, it provides Netrix IT and fellow MSPs a greater level of usability and efficiency to remain informed of devices statuses, storage capabilities and more,” said Servoyant user and Datto elite partner Mike Blom, president and CEO of Netrix IT. “This alliance is crucial for businesses to succeed and provide the appropriate business continuity that MSP’s need in one centralized location.”
Datto product director Ian McChord said, “The Servoyant software uses critical API data to provide Datto partners a simple way to view their fleet. This is one of many ways we unite with channel-focused companies to reduce cost of ownership and ultimately boost partners margins.”
