Electronic Environments Corporation (EEC), which provides data center optimization, has expanded its Mission Critical Construction Services Division and added division president Kevin O’Brien to its executive team.
O’Brien brings more than 30 years of engineering and construction experience, with the last 15 years dedicated solely to mission critical construction servicing a wide array of industries. Throughout his career with Structure Tone, Gilbane and Bear Stearns, O’Brien was entrusted with over 13 million square feet of critical construction projects, utilizing his expertise in preconstruction, estimating, procurement, construction and commissioning.

EEC perceives data centers as a single, integrated system rather than separate and distinct pieces, and as such has taken a unique and holistic approach to all phases of the data center lifecycle known as Integrated Critical Infrastructure Solutions (ICIS). EEC offers solutions and services in five categories: planning, design management, construction, operations and maintenance, and assessments.
