TelePacific Communications has tapped twenty-year telecom veteran John Barthalt to take on the role of general manager for North Texas as it continues its aggressive growth across the state. During the past eight months, the company has opened new offices in Richardson and Fort Worth, as well as Corpus Christi and Houston.
“I’ve been working with Dallas and Fort Worth businesses since 1996,” Barthalt said, “and the growth that the Texas economy generates is incredible. We see a tremendous opportunity to help North Texas businesses take advantage of the latest communications solutions to expand their businesses to new locations, customers and markets. TelePacific’s grown for 49 straight quarters because we understand how to listen to our customers, support them with the best service in the industry and bring solutions, instead of simply selling products.”
“Telecom is complicated, but doing business with us isn’t,” said Brad Mitchell, President of TelePacific Texas. “We can provide customized, easy to implement solutions that come with one point of contact, one bill and one provider. Even more importantly, we’ve grown because we’ve stayed true to a small company service ethic even though we’re a large company. We’re built around people who know their communities, customers and needs and operate as a team with a single goal – making it possible for our customers to concentrate on managing their businesses instead of their networks and applications.”
