Five9 was named a U.K. 2021 “Best Workplace in Tech.”
The intelligent cloud contact center provider was one of 98 organizations recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute. Determinations were made via research-based employee surveys and responses by tech staffers.
“Taking care of employees has remained Five9’s number one priority over the last 18 months of unprecedented growth and change,” noted the company in a statement. “Initiatives put in place to support employee wellbeing include Global Employee Assistance Programs; home office equipment reimbursements; virtual yoga and meditation sessions; virtual events and a global day-of-rest.”
