Forbes: Freshworks Hits Top 10 for Cloud Companies Worldwide

Software company Freshworks was named to the Forbes 2021 “Cloud 100” list. This ranking of the top 100 private cloud companies, worldwide, is published by Forbes, in conjunction with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures.

The Cloud 100 list ranks organizations according to market leadership (35 percent), estimated valuation (30 percent), operating metrics (20 percent), and people & culture (15 percent), deferring to a panel of 34 public cloud company CEOs as regards to market presence.

Freshworks, which has been listed for five consecutive years, went from #16 (2020) to #10 (2021).

“Rising through the ranks of the Cloud 100 five years in a row is an honor, and we believe it illustrates how well our vision resonates with customers,” said Girish Mathrubootham, Freshworks Founder and CEO. “This market recognition reflects our focus on delivering modern and intuitive products designed for the user, thus empowering businesses to delight their customers and employees.”
