In a sign of channel partners consolidation, Fruition Partners, which provides technology-enabled solutions for the service management sector and is a ServiceNow Master Solutions Partner, is expanding into Europe with the buy of Partners in IT, a Preferred Solutions Partner for ServiceNow.
The move positions Fruition Partners as a global ServiceNow system integrator and for growth in the cloud services market, valued at $131 billion in 2013 by Gartner.

The combined business will have nearly 300 practitioners covering ServiceNow, cloud development and service management consulting capabilities. The U.S. and UK management team and existing business locations will all remain in place, and existing and future clients will gain access to Partners in IT and Fruition Partners’ shared R&D, training capabilities, implementation resources and ServiceNow knowledge base.
