Fuze Moves Trustpilot to UCaaS

Fuze has inked a new contract with Trustpilot, the global online reviews platform, to deliver its business communication platform as an integral stage in its cloud transformation program.

The Fuze Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform will integrate all voice, video, messaging and collaboration for Trustpilot employees worldwide, accessible via a desktop or mobile app. Trustpilot expects to achieve an increase in sales revenue as a direct result of a reduction in downtime and centrally-managed IT support via the Fuze platform.

The Fuze solution strips out complexity and unnecessary cost from Trustpilots communication infrastructure, replacing six separate on-premise communications systems with a single platform. The cloud-based approach will also support Trustpilots growth plans, as the company continues to expand globally.

Complete integration with Salesforce is set to streamline the sales process, allowing Trustpilot teams to identify callers, understand their last engagement and provide context to enhance calls and interactions.

“Forward-thinking businesses like Trustpilot are realizing that the status quo will no longer cut it,” said Luca Lazzaron, senior vice president of international operations at Fuze. “Businesses must adapt to stay competitive and removing complexity and cost from IT is critical, while offering users the tools and experiences they are used to with personal technology. Trustpilot is an example of a company with an ambitious vision for the future, with a clear drive to work with like-minded technology partners to deliver transformative business results.”
