Global Convergence Inc. (GCI) is bringing IT distributor Interlink Communications Systems under its brand umbrella. The newly combined organization, operating under the GCI brand, provides a converged distribution portfolio to its VARs, supporting all phases of the sales cycle — from solutions selling and technical support to project design and implementation.
The service offerings include ServLink, which offers site surveys, planning and design, project management, staffing, staging and test assurance and deployment.
“We’ve enhanced the same great IT distribution foundation we built as Interlink with channel-centric services that go well beyond previous industry standards,” said GCI president and COO Joe Serra. “We recognize the IT landscape shifts quickly towards newer technologies, and high-end, complex services are needed to support those solutions.
