Enterprise-level telecom company GeoLinks announced that Mark Funaki joined the company as general counsel and corporate secretary.
Funaki will report to interim CEO, Melinda White, and will oversee legal affairs, corporate governance, contract negotiations, risk management, compliance and alignment with strategic growth objectives.

Funaki, who has 20+ years of experience as a chief legal officer, is known for his ability to drive operational excellence and implement legal strategies that align with business objectives. He most-recently served as general counsel of a public energy solutions provider. Funaki also worked as general counsel and SVP with Jafra Cosmetics International, where he directed all legal matters for the corporate headquarters, global manufacturing and U.S. sales operations, including the regulatory affairs and compliance teams.
