TD SYNNEX, a global distributor and aggregator of solutions for the IT ecosystem, entered into an agreement to buy IPsense’s Cloud Migration business. This cloud solutions provider out of Brazil will allow TD SYNNEX to create a new cloud competence center to assist business partners in migrating customer workloads to the cloud.
The new practice will be equipped with advanced cloud services and expertise, enabling business partners to deliver seamless and effective cloud migrations.
The addition of IPsense Cloud Migration supports TD SYNNEX’s focus on delivering improved value to resellers by strengthening its services portfolio. The business specializes in the design, integration and implementation of AWS solutions. TD SYNNEX will specifically integrate the IPsense Cloud Migration business sales model into its two-tier distribution model, leveraging both companies’ strength to better support and empower business partners with a comprehensive cloud solutions portfolio. This approach fosters partner-to-partner projects, encourages collaboration, helps build stronger alliances and allows clients to leverage others’ expertise.

The transaction is expected to close in 30-90 days.
