Global Capacity has announced a wholesale buy and sell agreement with PEG Bandwidth, a provider of Ethernet backhaul networks. Leveraging bilateral interconnects to Global Capacity’s One Marketplace in New York City, Ashburn, Pittsburgh, Chicago and Dallas points of presence (PoPs), PEG Bandwidth now has the ability to procure off-net services, giving it greater network reach, while Global Capacity gains better accessto rural connectivity.

Global Capacity’s One Marketplace combines an interconnected, physical network aggregation platform with a cloud application that automates the design, pricing, delivery and maintenance of network solutions. With this agreement, it gains additional Ethernet over fiber network access to more than 15,000 route miles throughout lower-tier and rural markets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and South Central regions.
