GTS Names Voxox’ Farrar as 2017 Channel Manager of the Year

Joann Farrar, vice president of channel sales at Voxox, has been recognized as the 2017 Channel Manager of the Year by master agency Global Telecom Solutions (GTS).

The GTS staff and top sales partners reviewed the contributions and efforts of more than 50 channel managers working with the company. It said that Farrar was selected based on her responsiveness, product and pricing knowledge, service and partner support, and volume of orders.

Joann Farrar has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She joined Voxox in 2009 to establish the small to medium-sized business and wholesale business sales channels, and has since been instrumental in evolving the channel partner program. Prior to Voxox, Farrar was the general manager at TelNet Technologies, and before that, Farrar held management positions in operations with NEC and Nortel (now owned by Avaya). Earlier in her career, Farrar was a financial analyst for Merrill Lynch. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the USC Marshall School of Business. on the community.
