IT infrastructure giant HP has made a rash of announcements for enterprise products available for channel partners to sell, including an integrated offering with Microsoft Office 365.
HP Enterprise Services for Office 365 offers an all-in-one view for service accountability, managed service solutions, integrated support processes and expanded data-center location options.
“HP enterprise clients are seeking to create a collaborative and flexible workplace using comprehensive end-to-end solutions that address their complex IT environments,” said Mike Nefkens, executive vice president at HP Enterprise Services. “Teaming up with Microsoft will allow HP to offer our industry leading enterprise services with Microsoft’s widely adopted Office 365 suite, starting with Exchange Online running on HP servers in HP data centers.”
In addition to the Microsoft launch, other new offerings include:
- Servers: HP Integrity Superdome X and HP Integrity NonStop X, which allow customers to deploy mission-critical workloads in a scalable, available and cost-efficient x86 environment.
- Storage: converged storage with a new portfolio of multi-protocol flash-optimized HP 3PAR StoreServ systems featuring flat backup to HP StoreOnce.
- Converged Systems: a software-defined converged infrastructure portfolio powered by HP OneView, HP Helion CloudSystem CS200-Hyper-Converged StoreVirtual, and HP ConvergedSystem 700 merges converged infrastructure, hyper-convergence and software-definition to manage workloads in infrastructure as a service (IaaS), cloud, mobility, and big data.
- Services: Expanded consulting and support services including HP Datacenter Care and HP Consulting for Software-defined Infrastructure

HP has also beefed up its Compute and HP Converged Storage solutions portfolios.
