Partner ecosystem solutions provider Impartner announced a series of organizational changes that are designed to strengthen its leadership while enhancing customer success. This reflects Impartner’s continued focus on elevating its market position and delivering outstanding value to its customers.
In particular, Dave Taylor will step down as CMO. Under his guidance, Impartner solidified its position as a market leader, driving innovation and delivering partner management solutions. Taylor, it noted, will continue to be active in driving certain keys company initiatives.
Moving into the role of VP of marketing, meanwhile, is Trevor Burnett. Burnett previously served as Impartner’s head of product marketing. With experience driving go-to-market strategy and elevating the company’s brand presence, Burnett plans to lead marketing operations into a new chapter.
Additionally, Robb Franks was promoted to VP of CX. Franks will work alongside COO, Brad Pace, working to strengthen Impartner’s commitment to delivering improved customer outcomes. Franks brings expertise in partner management and customer engagement, allowing clients to gain strategic guidance and resources to accelerate increased revenue. In this role, he will focus on optimizing the customer journey, help clients leverage Impartner’s capabilities to achieve success and allow them to realize return-on–investment. Together, Franks and Pace will collaborate to enhance customer success, drive long-term results and foster client satisfaction.
Burnett and Franks will report directly to Impartner CEO, Joe Wang, as part of the executive leadership team. The changes come at a time of expansion for Impartner, as it remains focused on driving revenue growth, having recently secured several enterprise customer wins.
“These leadership changes reflect Impartner’s unwavering commitment to innovation, customer success, and market leadership,” said Joe Wang, CEO of Impartner. “We are incredibly grateful to Dave for his impact on the company and excited to see Trevor and Robb step into their new roles. Their expertise will be instrumental in driving Impartner’s next phase of growth.”
