Ingram Micro Files Registration Statement for Proposed IPO

Ingram Micro filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. SEC related to a proposed IPO of shares of common stock. Existing investors that were identified in the registration statement are expected to sell shares of common stock in the proposed offering.

The number of shares and price are not yet determined.

Ingram Micro intends to list its common stock on NYSE as “INGM.”

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan will serve as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering, as well as the underwriter representatives. BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Evercore ISI, Jefferies and RBC Capital Markets are bookrunners. BNP PARIBAS, Guggenheim Securities, Raymond James, Rothschild & Co, Stifel, William Blair, Fifth Third Securities and Loop Capital Markets are co-managers.
