Instart Logic has debuted its global partner program, to coincide with a strategic relationship with Verisign to provide advanced distributed denial of service (DDoS) scrubbing capabilities.
Verisign’s DDoS protection services will be combined with Instart Logic’s cloud security suite. When a DDoS event is detected, a customer’s Internet traffic will be redirected to Verisign’s DDoS Protection Services in the cloud, swinging attack traffic to Verisign before it can harm their network. The DDoS traffic is then scrubbed through the use of Verisign’s superior Athena mitigation platform and massively-scaled global network, designed to handle advanced application and volumetric attacks. Filtered traffic is then sent to the customer’s network, helping them sustain normal business operations.
Strategic partnerships such as that with Verisign will fuel channel growth for Instart Logic, and in turn, partners gain access to an application delivery platform for Web and mobile applications. Participants in Instart Logic’s Global Partner Program can choose to participate in one of three tiers (silver, gold and platinum), with various benefits and revenue incentives at each level.

As reported in Verisign’s Q3 2015 DDoS Trends Report, DDoS attack activity increased in Q3 to the highest it has been in any quarter over the past two years. As the number, magnitude and sophistication of security attacks on applications continues to increase, Instart Logic recognizes the need for increased security. This combined architecture will detect and scrub a large spectrum of DDoS attacks, ranging from high volume to multi-vector threat attacks. The Verisign collaboration continually demonstrates Instart Logic’s commitment to the overall delivery of security and performance for its customers.
