IntelePeer Holdings has acquired Advantone, which will operate alongside IntelePeer Holdings’ other subsidiary, IntelePeer Cloud Communications.
The company will integrate IntelePeer’s cloud communication services with Advantone’s cloud contact center suite.
“We are excited to bring Advantone’s cloud contact center solutions to our customers,” said Frank Fawzi, president and CEO of IntelePeer. “By integrating with Advantone, we are now a one-stop shop for existing and new contact center and enterprise clients. Together, our companies will offer a level of visibility and control that just isn’t available in the market today.”
The two together will provide SIP trunking, high-definition voice, toll-free, E911, interactive voice response (IVR), call routing, virtual automated call distributor (VACD), predictive dialing, visual scripting and APIs to contact centers and enterprise customers.
“The new partnership with IntelePeer is a building block to continued innovation,” added Nicolas Dourassoff, CEO of Advantone. “Telephony now becomes an added service to our clients, providing them with a complete business communications and contact center solution. Our combined cloud-based ecosystem is a marriage of software and network solutions in the cloud with the customer in mind.”
Looking forward, the combined company will launch multi-channel communications services for enterprises and contact centers to integrate additional services like SMS, e-mail, video and chat. Additionally, customers will be able to leverage the broadest set of APIs in the industry to develop their own custom applications or ad-hoc reporting.
