Intelisys Realigns Partner Support, Enablement

Intelisys, a ScanSource company, is expanding and strategically realigning its partner support and enablement resources. In particular, its partner success team and core partner operations have been integrated in a bid to improve efficiency, scalability and accuracy for Intelisys partners. 

The integration includes bringing together partner resources such as ordering, quoting and commissions – as well as their supporting platforms – under a streamlined structure. The aim is to reduce operational complexity and leverage greater synergy, helping partners scale and seize next-gen technology opportunity. 

Alongside this, Intelisys appointed Katherine White as SVP of partner success, leading the partner success team. White will focus on driving vision, planning and execution of partner support and operations strategies.

White joined ScanSource in 2021 as VP of business strategy, with a track record of fostering partnerships and driving transformative organizational initiatives. Most recently, she served as VP of channel exchange. 

Sales responsibilities for channel exchange will shift to Eddie Acosta, SVP of sales, with operations remaining under White’s purview. Tracy Hali (VP of partner success), Melissa Parmley (senior director of commissions operations) and Jeremy Wilcox (VP of RPM operations) will report to White.
