Pax8 Issues Two Marketplace MSP Enhancements

Cloud commerce marketplace Pax8 updated its Marketplace interface, adding new MSP capabilities for streamlining operations. The features – which include Integrations Hub and Public Storefronts – are designed to help Pax8 empower partners by providing access to tools to streamline operations and drive SMB growth.

“Integrations Hub represents a fundamental shift in how MSPs can discover and build technology to serve their clients,” said Pax8 CPO, Libby McIlhany. “By creating a centralized marketplace where partners can find, connect and manage all integrations across the Pax8 ecosystem, we’ve eliminated the need to hunt for compatible tools. This gives our partners unprecedented visibility into the integration landscape with 14 live integrations and more than 30 in development.”

Integrations Hub allows partners to securely connect tools (via OAuth-based authentication), subscribe to events and leverage webhooks to access automation triggers. It includes model context protocol (MCP) servers for helping AI systems interact with traditional software. This open standard for connecting AI agents to tools and data sources is combined with other tools to help partners improve efficiency and automation.

Pax8’s Public Storefronts, meanwhile extend a partner marketing tool to showcase products and generate leads. It is available in the Pax8 ecosystem or can be embedded on partner websites. It features embedded lead-gen with customizable branding, through Marketplace. Partners can leverage existing storefront content without having to manage separate catalogs.

Public Storefronts will launch on June 10 (Beyond conference attendees) and worldwide on July 15.
