Together, the two organizations will offer software with embedded intelligence and automation to help IT pros anticipate, troubleshoot, and document end-user performance issues – regardless of where workloads, applications, or users are located.
The partnership provides a unique opportunity for organizations who lack the staff and expertise to fully support end-user experiences across their Citrix virtual apps and desktop (formerly XenApp, XenDesktop) environments to fill the gap with software. Goliath Technologies offers technology that automatically discovers an organization’s entire Citrix infrastructure and then intelligently identifies what to monitor, the thresholds to set, and then alerts when thresholds are exceeded for all potential events, conditions, and failure points regarding end-user performance. The result is end-user performance issues are avoided, and if they do occur, the root cause of the issue is isolated and resolved quickly.
