Inuvo Engages Liolios to Lead New Investor Relations and Strategic Communications Program

Inuvo, a leading provider of AI for advertising, has engaged Liolios to lead an expanded investor relations and strategic communications program.

Liolios is a leading strategic financial communications firm focused on public companies across a broad range of industries. Founded in 1999, the firm combines deep capital markets expertise gained from years of Wall Street experience with extensive investor relations and strategic consulting capabilities.

Liolios will work closely with Inuvo management to develop and deploy a comprehensive capital markets strategy, which will include messaging and corporate positioning, strategic advisory and introductions to new investors and key influencers across the financial community.

“Over the last 18 months, we have significantly enhanced our position as a leading AI platform for advertisers,” said Inuvo Chairman and CEO Richard Howe. “This is further reflected by our record revenues in the first half of the year along with the continued strong demand for our differentiated IntentKey technology. We believe we have reached an important inflection point in our business, which presents us with a timely opportunity to accelerate our IR efforts and increase our presence among the investment community.”

“Given our momentum,” Howe continued, “we have engaged a team of experienced professionals to help us strengthen investor communications and increase awareness in the financial marketplace. Liolios has a longstanding track record of helping technology companies like ours improve their investment profile and enhance value for existing shareholders, while simultaneously attracting a larger, more diversified base of investors.”
