ITCM, a technology solutions provider out of San Diego, announced the acquisition of Value Logic, an IT MSP. This transaction – its fourth acquired MSP – is expected to further strengthen its diverse service offerings and position ITCM as a trusted outsourced partner for network, cloud, infrastructure management, software development and security expertise.
With an emphasis on collaboration, ITCM has expanded from a traditional MSP to a company focused on empowering people and companies to grow. The transaction expands the ITCM team’s experience and depth of knowledge, adding IQMS implementation and maintenance expertise, to improve its capabilities, culture, integrity and human capital to meet evolving customer need.
