Kaseya, which provides AI-powered cybersecurity and IT management software, worlwide, announced new data center regional support in South Africa, for Microsoft 365. Through this data center, Kaseya also supports endpoint backup, with BC and disaster recovery to soon follow. The move comes amidst increasing demand from regional customers and partners.
With it, customers can rely on faster backups to improve recovery time objective (RTO and streamline hard drive shipping in/out of the data center in cases where large amounts of data need to be transported.
“Our partners asked for this, and we responded,” said Dermot McCann, EVP and GM, EMEA, Kaseya. “An in-region data center enables us to better serve our customers, especially with growing compliance demands.”
Kaseya plans to further invest in its data center capabilities globally with the projected addition of 15 new data centers this year.
