Princeton Technologies – a network services and communications solutions provider for automotive, healthcare and local government merged with Helient Systems. Helient is an IT services company and Microsoft Solutions partner that specializes in cloud adoption for the legal and other security-conscious industries.
This strategic combination marks the launch of Helient Technologies, which will focus on cloud and hybrid technology solutions. The new entity will continue operating under the Helient brand, with Jamie Engelhard, Will Fulmer and Steve Hatch remaining as officers and shareholders. The team and senior executives will retain their positions, including Wade Goldt (COO) and Chris Hines (CRO). It will also retain longstanding relationships with tech partners such as Microsoft and Cisco, and will continue to grow its now-combined partner and channel networks.
“After a decade of collaboration and mutual respect,” said new Helient Technologies’ chair and CEO, Brad Bono, “joining forces with Helient Systems is a natural next step.”
“Through this merger, we are unlocking new synergies that will drive innovation at a faster pace than ever before,” added Steve Hatch, the co-founder of Helient Systems. “By leveraging our collective strengths, we can deliver solutions that enhance customer experience and expand our footprint in technology and telecommunications in ways we never could have achieved alone.”
The combined company – in partnership with private investment firm and flexible capital solutions provider, Genesis Park – has created a strategic platform for Helient to drive growth, as well as an expanded portfolio.
“We’re proud to support the formation of Helient Technologies,” said Curtis Hartman, managing partner, Genesis Park. “This strategic combination represents the forward-thinking leadership and market opportunity we seek to invest in. By aligning two highly respected organizations, Helient Technologies is uniquely positioned to deliver transformative value to customers across critical sectors.”
