Level 3 Appoints Director of Customer Service for Indirect Channel

Level 3 Communications has announced that Kelly Jo (KJ) Underwood has been promoted to director of customer service for the indirect team.

Underwood has been with Level 3 for more than 10 years, and has spent the past year and a half as senior manager of the inside sales customer care manager team. KJ has been in management roles since 2006, leading a wide range of teams including wholesale carrier customer care managers, wholesale voice customer care managers, order entry, moves, adds and changes, and business process improvement process/system support.

“We’re confident that adding KJ to the indirect team will help us continue to increase overall customer and partner satisfaction,” the company said.
