Masergy Debuts UCaaS Analyst for Business Insights

 Masergy Communications Inc. has announced UCaaS Analyst, a cloud-based analytics solution for enterprise unified communications. Accessible via Masergy’s Intelligent Service Control (ISC) application, the solution offers a dynamic dashboard with unified communications as a service (UCaaS) performance metrics to enable enhanced business planning through real-time analytics.

UCaaS Analyst enables customers and channel partners to proactively solve voice over IP (VoIP) and UC quality issues to minimize downtime. It offers end-to-end UC performance visibility across the WAN infrastructure, unlimited monitoring of endpoints for all subscribed users and services, the ability to manage, filter and analyze data, and a search engine to locate call data records (CDRs).

UCaaS Analyst is available free of charge to all Masergy’s unified communication customers. Moving forward, Masergy will add enhanced administration and user control features, it said.
