Mitel has been awarded the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) contract for telecom, wireless and related equipment and services, so that government, education and non-profit member agencies can purchase Mitel solutions through its competitive contract bidding process.
St. Cloud, Minn., for example, has leveraged the NJPA program to expedite the procurement process for a Mitel solution with partner Marco Inc. to support the city’s communications and computer infrastructure. Now implemented, the solution supports 14 city facilities, including police, fire, public utilities, city hall and park shelters.
The agreement covers Mitel’s portfolio of communications and collaboration products, contact center solutions and cloud services.
