NetCarrier Appoints Key Channel Leaders

As part of the expansion of its national agent and VAR channel, NetCarrier has added two key members to the leadership team of the sales department.

Seth Gibbs will assume the newly created role of enterprise growth manager, and Chad Muckenfuss will take on the role of national channel sales manager.

“When Alan Gordon retired as director of sales, my goal was to split that role and give better and more focused leadership to both departments,” said Bruce Wirt, vice president of channel sales at NetCarrier. “We are also committed to the continued development of our employees, and this is a great opportunity to elevate two key members of my team.”

Gibbs started at NetCarrier as a technical support supervisor and grew into the role of senior key account manager, where he managed the relationships of NetCarrier’s largest accounts. In his new role, Gibbs will oversee the entire account management team, with focus on base account growth and customer retention.

Muckenfuss began his NetCarrier career as a channel partner manager in 2008, eventually leaving the company to develop his management career.  In 2013, Muckenfuss returned to lead the hosted PBX implementation team before taking on this latest role. He will lead the team of channel partner managers, as well as oversee the product development process.

“As a channel based organization, it was very important to select two leaders that have great relationships with our partners,” said Wirt. “Both Chad and Seth are polished and seasoned professionals that understand the channel, and that was a large part of the decision making process.”
