ThinkingPhones has added Don Pratt as CFO.
Don brings more than 20 years of financial expertise in CFO roles to the table. Most recently, he was CFO at Arbor Networks, the security firm.
“I’m thrilled to join ThinkingPhones, an industry leader that has established itself as a true innovator in cloud services,” said Pratt. “Having spent the last 15 years in the switch/data/Internet security space, I feel very much at home with the ThinkingPhones business model and technology. This is a critical time for the company as it drives explosive growth and expands its market leadership position. I’m looking forward to being a part of this extremely talented team.”
Prior to Arbor, Don was CFO of the Internet traffic management switch company, Ellacoya, acquired by Arbor, and Taqua, a Class 5 switch startup sold to Tekelec. He also has held leadership roles in large public companies including Texas Instruments, FMC and Boston Whaler/Reebok. Don holds an MBA and a BS in accounting from Babson College.
“Don has an extensive record of success in building great businesses in high-growth technology sectors,” said Steve Kokinos, ThinkingPhones president and CEO. “His wealth of financial experience and industry knowledge will be instrumental in propelling our growth and leadership in enterprise cloud communications as we take ThinkingPhones in new and exciting directions over the next year and beyond.”
