NetCarrier has been named the winner of the 2015 Carrier’s Ball Customer Service Award, as voted by channel partners and customers nationwide.
“This award is meaningful not only because it speaks to our mission, but more importantly because it was voted on by YOU,” said Bruce Wirt, vice president of channel sales for the company.
In 2015, NetCarrier answered support phone calls with an average on-hold time of under 45 seconds.
“As NetCarrier evolved from a regional voice and data provider to a national solutions provider, our commitment to customer satisfaction remained unchanged,” Wirt said. “Other providers of similar services deploy their products via a shipping company and an instruction manual or video; at NetCarrier, we don’t believe in plug and pray: Regardless of your location in the continental United States, a NetCarrier technician will survey your location, install your service, and verify that it works before leaving. That is our commitment to your business.”
The company has also announced a new video conferencing product: nCloud ViewME. It uses the camera built in to a laptop or smartphone, and is a Web-based application. It allows up to five simultaneous sessions.
