Nextiva Launches New Channel Program

Nextiva has launched a new partner program called NeXus.

The program — which is Nextiva’s largest channel investment to date — will provide partners with pre-and post-sales tools, access to gamified training and certifications, comprehensive demand generation tools, enhanced marketing capabilities and MDFs, previews of upcoming product enhancements, lucrative promotions, and SPIFFs.

In addition, Nextiva has hired two industry veterans to lead their channel leadership team. They include Eric Roach, former Microsoft sales leader and channel executive at Accordo Group and Intermedia, and Hank Humphries, formerly global channel chief at Dropbox and channel leader at Google. Roach and Humphires will serve as Nextiva’s VP of channel development and VP of revenue strategy and operations, respectively.

These executive team members join Nextiva’s highly successful and dedicated channel leadership team, all of whom report directly to Nextiva’s newly appointed CRO, Eric Martorano, who oversaw Microsoft’s U.S. channel sales business.

Nextiva has also created a new enterprise architect team under VP of enterprise solutions Cathryn Valladeres, to work hand-in-hand with partners on positioning and demonstrating Nextiva’s connected communications solution with enterprise customers, and supporting partners in successfully closing those opportunities.

Nextiva is planning additional investments in headcount focused on partner account management, co-selling, marketing, training and enablement, sales engineering, and channel operations.
