Telarus agents will be able to sell the entire nexVortex portfolio, including SIP trunking, managed SIP trunking (mSIP), hosted voice and hosted contact center, which the company said has a retention rate of 99 percent.
“nexVortex is very excited to be partnering with Telarus,” said Mike Nowak, vice president of sales at nexVortex. “The Telarus culture of being responsive to their agents’ needs, providing innovative online tools, and delivering high-value solutions matches our own. We pride ourselves on delivering Uncommon Service which is experienced beginning with our presales support, through number porting and provisioning, to ongoing customer service once the solution goes live. We know that Telarus agents will enjoy the uncommon level of service we provide.”
As older circuit switched infrastructure and equipment are retired at an accelerated rate, solutions like those delivered by nexVortex will continue to grow as cloud communication services becomes the new standard, the companies said.
“nexVortex is a leader and innovator in delivering SIP trunking and cloud communication services,” added Patrick Oborn, co-founder of Telarus. “Their solution for managed SIP trunking with QoS, their ability to provide auto-detecting disaster recovery, and the operational tools which are delivered along with their services are some examples of the innovation which nexVortex has provided to their partners and customers. Both companies are dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we look forward to partnering with nexVortex in building our mutual business.”
