Nitel has reported revenue of $100.1 million for 2017.
The company has experienced double or triple-digit growth every year since its inception, with last year representing a year-over-year jump of 23 percent. “We’re especially proud to have achieved this milestone through 100 percent organic growth,” said Rick Stern, CEO, Nitel. “We’ve proven that maintaining an intense customer focus and building strong partner relationships are important components to a successful business. The strategic investments we made in 2017 in our leadership, technology and partners position us well for the future.” Over the course of the year, Nitel made key hires within its channel organization, appointing Jason Dishon as executive vice president of sales and marketing, Taylor Castranova as vice president of channel sales and account development, and Nate James as vice president of account management. Additionally, Nitel launched its Elite Partner program in 2017 to provide dedicated support and business development resources to its top-performing partners. The company also added SD-WAN and SD-security offerings to its managed services portfolio. More recently, Nitel upgraded its network infrastructure to support the growing demand for next-generation technologies including, IoT, cloud and mobility solutions. And, Nitel recently introduced strategic account team focused on enhancing the customer experience and its U.S. based network operations center, offering 24/7/365 access to three levels of local technical support.
