IntelePeer, Cisco Partner on Hybrid Communications

IntelePeer and Cisco have partnered to make it easy for Cisco Certified Partners to select and configure IntelePeer’s Atmosphere Voice Services when deploying Cisco Business Edition 4000 for their customers.

For small and mid-sized businesses that want to upgrade their phone service but are not quite ready to make the move to complete cloud communications, Cisco Business Edition 4000 in combination with Atmosphere Voice Services delivers the benefits of cloud-based communications through a premises-based device with simplified management in the cloud, the companies said.

With IntelePeer, Cisco Business Edition 4000 customers future-proof their communications while receiving immediate benefits such as 40% average telecom savings, network resiliency and round-the-clock access to live agents on an award-winning customer support team.

Customers are able to leverage the Atmosphere platform to add network-level, cloud-based functionality to their phone service, such as advanced interactive voice response (IVR) with automation and integrations, intelligent call routing, call recording, call monitoring and reporting, and more. IntelePeer’s channel partners can use these capabilities to build industry or business-specific solutions for their customers that improve efficiencies and enhance the communications experience.

“At IntelePeer we help companies of all sizes utilize the power of cloud communications as a tool for improving business processes and internal and external interactions,” said Robert Galop, senior vice president of product and marketing at IntelePeer. “We’re proud to partner with Cisco on another solution that does just that.”

IntelePeer’s services are certified with a range of Cisco technology and equipment, including Cisco Unified Call Manager, Business Edition 6000 and 7000, and Unified Border Element. IntelePeer partnered with Cisco to become the first and only fully-integrated PSTN provider for Cisco Spark and Meraki MC.
