Technology distributor Novus LLC has announced Numonix as a channel partner, which will resell its RECITE software solution, which is qualified for Microsoft Lync 2013.
The RECITE software is a secure call recording and quality management system that merges traditional call recording functionality into a Lync based environment. It offers a number of software modules for users to search, playback and download their Lync recordings, as well as evaluate and manage employee communications. RECITE can be configure to record all available Lync call scenarios, including internal, external, PSTN, mobile, remote and federated calls.

Adding RECITE to our portfolio enables Novus to expand the company’s network of resellers. Enterprise, midsized and small businesses will see their immediate daily needs met swiftly in day-to-day Lync transactions,” added Meehan.
The third party Lync qualified applications is trending upwards. According to Microsoft, there are currently 57 applications qualified by Microsoft to work with Lync Server 2013, compared to 28 applications for Lync Server 2010. Those applications are developed to extend the native capability of the Lync Unified Communications platform.
