Nuvestack Adds X4 to Channel Roster

Nuvestack, a desktop-as-a-service (DaaS) provider, has added master agency X4 Solutions to its channel partner roster.

X4 partners can offer Nuvestack’s DaaS solution, which enables users to have a virtual desktop that can be accessed securely on any device, anywhere an Internet connection exists.

“We are very excited about this partnership, which is being delivered by a very talented group of people. I have known Lanny Gray for years and look forward to working with him again” said Curt Allen, president at X4. “The Nuvestack offering extends our commitment to help our partners leverage deliverable cloud solutions. The Nuvestack DaaS offering gives our cloud-ready partners the ability to extend their sphere of influence with their customers while also providing our cloud-eager sales partners a level of sales support that will help them enter the space.””

Todd Scarborough, vice president of cloud solutions at X4, added that DaaS is also a way to start a broader conversation with customers.

“Desktop-as-a-service is one of the most widely applicable cloud use-cases on the market today and serves as a great cloud conversation starter,” he said. “DaaS solutions are proven to increase security and scalability, lower the cost of IT operations and improve user experience. Partnering with Nuvestack to deliver DaaS to our clients will open the door to the cloud and increase our value to customers.”

Nuvestack said that it is being choosy with the partners that it is bringing on board.

“Almost all the masters are trying to figure out how to get their partners to add cloud services to their portfolio, or worse, are trying to convince them to stop selling traditional telco services altogether and only sell cloud services,” said Lanny Gray, senior vice president of sales at Nuvestack. “As I look at which masters I want to work with, I’ve only been able to find a couple that do a really good job of balancing the stability of selling traditional telco services with the potential opportunity adding cloud services promises.”
