Managed service provider One Source Networks (OSN) has partnered up with AppNeta to create application-layer monitoring for customers and channel partners.
As more applications move to cloud, it is becoming increasingly difficult — and critical — to quickly detect, identify, troubleshoot and resolve network and application performance issues. The app monitoring offering includes a passive device that is installed on the customer’s premises and is fully managed by OSN. This provides the customer with visibility without the cost and hassle of managing infrastructure. The service is composed of four distinct modules, which can be mixed and matched depending on the unique reporting requirements.

The new capability is provided as a value-added service within One Source Networks’ Managed Network Services offering. It builds on the company’s MNS capabilities which include round-the-clock support and management of circuits and customer premise equipment (CPE), real-time and historical reporting, security services and backup-as-a-service.
