PhoenixNAP Crafts Bare Metal Package for Media

PhoenixNAP, a global IT services provider, has launched a new bare metal server package.

It features the latest Intel Xeon processor E3-1500 v5 product family with Intel Iris Pro Graphics and Intel Quick Sync Video Technology. The package is to support the performance and workload demands of media and content providers.

The Intel Xeon E3 v5 family is well suited for the on-demand needs of video, gaming, dynamic graphics and applications delivery, network and cloud media processing, as well as remote workstation and virtualization usability.
