PTC revealed plans to collaborate with the Volvo Group to extend collaboration around digital engineering. Volvo is specifically unifying its computer-aided design (CAD) platforms, positioning PTC as the primary CAD and product lifecycle management (PLM) solution set employed for Volvo vehicle design.
The solution will leverage PTC Windchill PLM and Creo CAD software to promote collaboration across Volvo’s functions and increase digital product data reuse.
