Sandler Partners has added Jennifer Griffith to its team as partner experience manager for the Northeast.
Griffith will assist the SVP of channel East region, as well as his channel directors. A liaison between carriers and partners, Jennifer will be a resource for agent support and quote requests.
Jennifer has nearly 20 years of industry experience and was most recently a service assurance manager at Verizon, where she managed the service delivery center, fostered close relationships with internal and external partners, and assisted with installs for clients and customers nationwide.
She started her career as a Project Manager at XO Communications but has an extensive range of telecom experience. Jen is highly experienced in supporting channel managers and partners from time of sale all the way through to install, and escalation support on maintenance issues.
