Synoptek LLC, a worldwide IT managed services provider (MSP), has acquired EarthLink’s IT services business.

This acquisition of EarthLink’s IT services business will positively impact Synoptek’s 400+ active worldwide customers as well as the 1,700 IT services customers they are acquiring from EarthLink. EarthLink will continue its core business of differentiated managed and network services for enhanced primary data and voice services, and carrier grade transport solutions.

The acquisition extends Synoptek’s portfolio of IT managed services for enterprise organizations, with synergiesbetween both organizations’ core services offered throughout the US and Europe: 24/7 IT management of customer IT systems, managed cloud solutions, managed security, end-user support and IT advisory/consulting solutions. This acquisition expands Synoptek’s presence across the eastern U.S. and complements its national data center infrastructure.
